The problem
Small shops still run on paper khatas
Small shops still keep their accounts in paper khatas or scattered spreadsheets. Cloud-only tools stop working when the internet drops, and most desktop tools don't sync with the owner's phone.
The build
Works offline, syncs when the internet comes back
Built one Flutter codebase for Windows and Android using Clean Architecture and the BLoC pattern across 17 feature modules. Drift (SQLite) stores everything locally; a bidirectional sync engine keeps it in step with Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Realtime and Storage). A subscription system and role-based access support owners, admins, managers, accountants and salespeople.
Every sale, purchase and stock change is written to a local SQLite database first. A sync engine then pushes and pulls changes with Supabase in both directions. The shop keeps selling when the connection drops.
POS & Invoicing
Cart checkout with barcode scanning, multiple payment types, and branded PDF invoices.
Offline-First Sync
Local SQLite first, then bidirectional sync with Supabase when the internet is back.
Multi-Tenant SaaS
Trial, startup, full and lifetime plans with five business roles and access control.
